In the 1990s, the company was successfully expanded and became a well-known and valued partner in the automotive industry. At the end of the 1990s, the company employed up to 50 people. In order to enable the constantly growing group of customers to be even closer to customers and to make quick decisions, it was necessary to set up further locations.

Then in 2003 the IKS engineering office Kötter Süd GmbH founded.
